Shenzhen STEP Smart Lighting Company Limited (STEP) is China's leading manufacturer of LED cabinet lights, specializing in the lighting industry for 20 years. The company's smart lighting systems are sold in 156 countries worldwide. The factory is located in an industrial park in Chashan town, Dongguan city, occupying 150,000 square meters, with five buildings, two of which are apartments for workers, and the other two are production factories.
Front desk reception area
Front desk reception area, warehouse, and aluminum cutting workshop. The warehouse stores packing materials and aluminum profiles, while the cutting workshop is responsible for cutting the 3-meter long aluminum profiles into different lengths and shapes as per the orders.
LED driver production workshop
LED driver production workshop, utilizing fully automatic and semi-automatic production lines to produce 50,000 drivers daily. This floor also houses an engineering room responsible for designing production tools and writing standard operating procedures.
